How does VisaPhotoNow work?
Simply upload any photo of yourself (selfie, portrait, or existing headshot), and our AI will transform it into a government-compliant visa or passport photo. You can preview the result before paying.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Upload a clear photo where your face is visible. Good lighting and a plain background work best, but our AI can handle most casual photos. Avoid photos with sunglasses, hats, or heavy filters.
How long does it take?
Photo processing typically takes about 30 seconds. You'll see a preview immediately after processing completes.
Photo Requirements
What are the US Visa photo requirements?
US Visa photos (DS-160) must be 2x2 inches (600x600 pixels for digital), with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. Your head should be centered with a neutral expression and both eyes open.
What are the US Passport photo requirements?
US Passport photos follow the same specifications as visa photos: 2x2 inches, white background, recent photo, neutral expression, and no glasses.
Can I wear glasses in my photo?
No. Since 2016, the U.S. Department of State does not allow eyeglasses in passport or visa photos, even if you wear them daily.
Will my photo pass the official government check?
Our photos are optimized to pass the U.S. Department of State photo validation tool. We have a 99.8% acceptance rate. If your photo is rejected, you're eligible for a full refund.

How much does it cost?
Our service costs $6.99 per photo generation. This includes two style options and both digital (for online forms) and print-ready versions.
Do I have to pay before seeing the result?
No. You can preview your generated photos with a watermark before paying. Payment is only required to download the final, unwatermarked photos.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment provider, Paddle.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
What if my photo gets rejected?
If your photo is rejected by a government agency, simply email us with proof of rejection and we'll issue a full refund.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@visaphotonow.com with your order ID or payment confirmation. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Technical
What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. iPhone photos (HEIC/HEIF) are automatically converted. Maximum file size is 10MB.
What do I get after payment?
You'll receive two versions: a digital version optimized for online forms (600x600px, under 240KB) and a high-resolution print version (1200x1200px) suitable for printing at photo labs.
How do I print my photo?
Download the print-ready version and take it to any photo printing service (CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc.) or print at home on photo paper. The file is sized for 2x2 inch prints.
